Implementation Process
Introduction
Your staff is introduced to Policy Works through a series of videos. Though each video is relatively short in length, the videos provide end-users with an overall view of the system before training. It's important to help users understand that adopting a new system is a benefit to everyone in the agency.
Site-setup
One of our Implementation Managers will guide your Policy Works Champion through a detailed site setup. During the process, they will enter all of your agency's relevant information, including agency staff, carriers and staff, and all administrative information.
Perhaps the most important part of the set-up process is creating templates. Our trainers will work with your staff to show them how to create templates for each line of business you target.
Training
Whether online or onsite, our trainers ensure that your staff are up and running on Policy Works after the training sessions end. Your staff will be generating submissions and proposals within days of receiving training.
Support
Online
All Policy Works users, regardless of the level of support that is purchased, have full access to our online support community. Our support site contains user videos, a full FAQ and search library, and documentation on all aspects of the system.
Technical support phone hotline
With technology, something is bound to occasionally go wrong. We understand that down-time means a loss of income. That's why one user at each agency is designated as the IT contact. The IT contact has access to live technical support. And our technical support team is also our development team, so you know you're getting someone who is extremely knowledgeable about the system.
