Verification

The certification process begins with a stringent data‐mapping exercise completed by business analysts from both the Insurance Company and Policy Works Inc. Using the CSIO XML standard, we work with the insurance company's analysts to map the transmission of all data items that are exchanged between Policy Works and insurers. That is, we ensure there is a match between the data you send and what the insurers receive.

Once the data‐mapping is complete, Policy Works Inc. works alongside the Certified Data‐Exchange Partner to perform extensive functional testing to verify data is being transferred properly. This protects your brokerage against E&O exposure.
