You’ll love exchanging commercial-lines data with your insurers. Policy Works has partnered with ING, Gore Mutual, Aviva, and Royal & SunAlliance, to provide brokers with a commercial-lines data exchange solution. Policy Works brokers are already uploading their submissions to ING’s SaversCL commercial submission site, and will be uploading to Gore Mutual, Aviva, and Royal & SunAlliance this coming spring. And the round-trip cycle will be complete with the next release of Policy Works as ING brokers will be able to download their quotes submitted via SaversCL. Now that is something to love.
What is eMarketing?
eMarketing, quite simply, is the electronic exchange of commercial-lines data. This includes uploading your submission (from Policy Works to your insurers’ site) and downloading your quote (from your insurers’ site back into Policy Works). In case you missed it, see above for which insurers you can upload to and download from.
How is Policy Works able to do this given the complexity of commercial policies?
Each piece of commercial-lines data entered into Policy Works is coded in a standardized manner. This is the key to successful data exchange. Using the CSIO commercial-lines XML standards, we map the data in Policy Works to each insurer partners’ website. This means that each piece of data is accurately and reliably transmitted to your insurers. In other words, your insurers receive exactly what you intend to send.
Does eMarketing respect my workflow?
Absolutely. For Policy Works customers, the process is fully integrated into the Policy Works workflow. eMarketing includes all of the benefits of using companies’ quoting sites, with little of the data reentry.
Is eMarketing safe and secure?
Each of our insurer partners works with Policy Works to meet the stringent requirements of our
Certified Data Exchange Partner Program. To exchange data with Policy Works, each partner must meet specific standards, verification, and security criteria. Why do we do this? Because the integrity and security of your commercial data is of utmost importance to us.
What are the benefits of eMarketing?
A lot less re-keying for your frontline staff, faster turnaround on quotes, better customer service, improved protection against E&O exposure, and a healthier bottom line.
How do I start using eMarketing?
If you’re a Policy Works customer, you can begin uploading your submissions directly to ING’s SaversCL site right now. All you need is a license from ING. And the upload to Gore Mutual, Aviva, and Royal & SunAlliance is coming soon.
If you’re not a Policy Works customer, it’s still pretty easy. Just install Policy Works, enter your commercial policies, and begin uploading. To have a representative contact you about Policy Works, please complete this
