The information PWI collects is designed to enable PWI employees to better understand our customers’ needs, software usage, communications habits and preferences. The information is primarily used to provide communication tools such as newsletters, enable our account executives to tailor product and service solutions you may purchase, and to improve the delivery of our customer services such as software support.
PWI collects, uses and stores information when you communicate with PWI (via email, phone, fax, website visits, etc.), purchase PWI’s products, utilize PWI’s support services, and use Policy Works. The information PWI collects can include software user information such as name, title/position, brokerage or company, email address and direct phone number.
The information collected regarding members of your brokerage is for the express use by PWI employees. PWI does not sell or otherwise distribute customer information to external, third-party vendors. PWI may transfer customer information to external entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, consolidation or strategic partnership in which PWI participates or to a purchaser of (substantially) all of PWI’s assets.
PWI employs technical and procedural safeguarding methods to ensure the protection of your brokerage’s information. These measures are designed to protect information from loss, disclosure, and unauthorized access. How can you stop receiving emails from us?
