When Kevin Campbell co-founded Policy Works with his father in 1991, the two had a mission to link brokers and insurers electronically, and a vision to provide brokers with a single tool to manage all of their commercial lines business. For over a decade, Kevin has provided vision and guidance to his exceptional team to help make this vision a reality. Kevin believes that it is people, passion, and processes that make Policy Works the leading commercial management system in Canada. He continues to seek out high-performing people to grow the Policy Works team, which has doubled in size in the last three years.

Michel Vigeant
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
As Vice-President of Sales & Business Development, Michel is responsible for developing partnerships with insurance companies and for identifying opportunities in emerging markets, including worldwide sales management related activities for Policy Works Inc. Michel has over 25 years experience in the P&C Insurance industry and has held numerous managerial positions with insurance carriers. Michel is a specialist in commercial lines insurance having worked in all possible segments of the field including commercial underwriting, loss control, marketing, and sales and business development for the largest insurers in Canada.

John Eastly, B.Sc.
Vice President
John has been with Policy Works from the beginning. His job responsibilities include “whatever the hell has to happen in order to make this company successful.” John’s passion for mayhem and physical violence make him particularly suited for training the Policy Works support team for close-quarter combat. Prior to pursuing world domination through insurance software, John worked at Hewlett Packard, with Kevin, and at various other software companies.

Steve Pieroway, B.Comm, MBA
Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Steve oversees all of the marketing and communications for Policy Works Inc., both on- and off-line. Steve has his hands in the branding, lead generation, and customer service activities at Policy Works. A former advertising agency account manager, Steve brings a wide range of business-to-business marketing experiences to Policy Works.

Lorin McCaffrey, B.Sc.
Director of Product Development
As Director of Product Development, Lorin plans and guides the development of new features and the maintenance of existing features in our flagship broker software, Policy Works. Lorin is very experienced in the implementation of electronic data interchange solutions, either using XML standards from industry standards bodies like CSIO and ACORD, or proprietary XML such as Lloyds Lineage.

Lisa Kirshner, B.Comm, MBA
Director of Implementation Services
As Director of Implementation Services, Lisa leads the team that helps our clients with training, adoption, and utilization of Policy Works. Lisa also co-ordinates the beta testing of new software, the training of new CDEP partners and is the project lead for Lineage setup for brokers in English Canada.

Director of Consulting Services
As director of Consulting Services, Andrew works to create customized modules for clients with specific needs. Andrew is currently managing all the certified data exchange projects.
